Terms and Conditions – Power Play Sydney

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the facilities, games, and services of Power Play Sydney (operated by Belarm Trading Pty Ltd ABN 25 653 204 954), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments
(a) A deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.
(b) All payments are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
(c) Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance and subject to availability.

3. Safety & Behaviour
(a) All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by staff.
(b) Power Play Sydney reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving inappropriately or posing a safety risk.
(c) Enclosed footwear must be worn. No food or drink is allowed in the game rooms.

4. Age Requirements
(a) Children must be at least 5 years old to participate.
(b) Participants under 18 years must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Waiver & Liability
(a) All participants (or their guardians) must sign a waiver before participating.
(b) You acknowledge that the activities involve physical exertion and accept the inherent risks.
(c) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Play Sydney is not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during participation, unless caused by our proven negligence.

6. Media Release
Unless you notify us in writing before your visit, you consent to Power Play Sydney using photos or videos taken during your session for promotional purposes.

7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Cancellations & Changes
Power Play Sydney reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or provide a refund at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs and technology associated with Power Play Sydney are the property of Belarm Trading Pty Ltd and must not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in NSW courts or tribunals.
