Booking & Payment
1. Can we pay the booking fee online and settle the remaining balance at the venue?
Yes! You can pay the booking fee online to secure your spot, then pay the remaining balance when you arrive.
Note: A 2% credit card processing fee applies to all card payments.
2. Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
We understand that plans can change! However, please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend, let us know as early as possible. While we can't issue refunds, we'll do our best to help reschedule your session based on availability.
3. Can we change the time of our booking?
Yes! You can reschedule once, as long as it's more than 24 hours before your original session and the new time slot is available. Log in to your account or contact us to make changes.
4. What happens if we miss our booking without notice?
No refund will be issued if you miss your session without informing us in advance. Each booking is allowed one reschedule only.
5. What if we show up late?
If you're late, we'll do our best to adjust your session depending on the day's schedule. Changes are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
We recommend arriving early to enjoy the full game time!
6. Can I add more people to my booking later?
Yes, if the time slot still has space. Manage your booking online or contact the venue to update your group.
7. Can I book the entire space for my group?
Yes! Private bookings and full venue rentals are available for large groups, birthdays, or corporate events. Please contact us 1–2 weeks in advance to arrange.
8. Do I have to book in advance, or can I just show up?
We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends and holidays. But don't worry — if you haven't booked, you're still very welcome! Walk-ins are accepted if space is available.
Game Duration & Flow
9. How long does a session last?
Each game session lasts 60 minutes. Waiting or break time before and during the session is not included in this duration.
We recommend arriving early to get the most out of your game time!
10. How many rooms can we play in one session?
Each room takes about 10 minutes to complete. You can experience up to 6 rooms per session, depending on your pace and strategy.
11. How many levels can we complete in one session?
It depends on your speed and teamwork. You can retry levels as many times as time allows.
12. Can we repeat rooms we like during the session?
Yes! You can re-enter your favorite rooms during your session time.
13. Do we have to complete the rooms in a specific order?
Nope! You're free to choose any room in any order — it's a free-flow experience.
Gameplay Experience
14. Is this like an escape room or more like a video game?
It's more like a real-life video game — with physical and mental challenges, lights, sounds, and timers.
15. Do I need to be super fit to enjoy it?
Not at all. Some games test memory and teamwork instead of physical ability. It's designed for everyone to enjoy.
16. What if I get tired? Can I take a break?
Yes, you can rest anytime or skip a round. It's completely go-at-your-own-pace.
17. Do you mix groups, or is it private?
All sessions are private — you'll only play with your own group.
18. Can someone come just to watch?
Spectators are welcome in the lobby, but only registered players can enter game zones for safety reasons.
19. Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Food and drinks are allowed but need to be stored in the locker before the game starts. They are not permitted inside the game rooms.
Group Size & Requirements
20. How many people are required to book a session?
Minimum: 2 players
• Some rooms hold up to 4 players, others up to 6
• Larger groups can split into teams and play different rooms at the same time
21. Are there any age restrictions or supervision requirements?
Yes:
• Children under 5 are not allowed to participate
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Guests aged 12–17 can play alone but must have a parent/guardian sign the waiver in advance
Safety & Accessibility
22. Are the games safe for people with injuries or disabilities?
Yes. Some rooms are more physical than others, but we welcome guests with mobility or sensory needs. Please let our staff know in advance.
23. Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all players must sign a waiver — either online beforehand or at the venue.
24. Is it loud or flashy? I'm sensitive to lights and sounds.
Some rooms have flashing lights and sound effects. Let our staff know and we can suggest more sensory-friendly options.
Replayability & Scoring
25. Are the rooms always the same, or do they change?
Rooms stay the same in layout, but you can select different difficulty levels or combinations. We regularly update and refresh room features.
26. Is there a leaderboard or scoring system?
Yes! Your wristband tracks your scores. See how you rank with your friends or check the daily top players.
